Diet is important but even eating everything you want you should laugh them away by drinking buttermilk every day twice.
Ammonia not to strong that is urine usually works. Allot of soaps have a high PH level try using mild soaps or ones without PH levels.
Im going to a dermatologist. They should know what works the best.

i have tryed like every product out there but can't find one that will work. i have sensitive skin so that affects what products i should use.What acne products will actually get rid of my acne?
i have pro active and t works wonders for me. i also have very sensitive skin and at first i thought that is was making my skin worse because my face was dry but after about a week my skin got used to it and the acne started going away... but dont use soap. usnless it is a face bar or something because the antibacterial will take away all of the natural oil you face produces and make your skin produce even more oil.if that makes any sense. hope this helps.What acne products will actually get rid of my acne?
Well every person's skin is different from another... so far, Proactiv has done the best job for me. I am trying out Murad right now to see if it does a better job... and Acnefree never worked for me, although it has worked for others. Some people can get products like Clean%26amp;Clear, Neutrogena, and Clearasil to work for them, some can't because it isn't strong enough. You just gotta keep trying until you find the best product!

wash your face in the morning and evening. also apply any type of acne cream with benzoil peroxide, you can get something cheap at a drugstore. thats what i do. good luck. =)
Well, it depends on your skin. My brother uses Neutrogena Deep Cleanse. I tried that but it didnt work well. My mom and I use Clinuque. I recommend using this product it works really well.

i would be very careful with b.p or anything else...ive found every topical application to not work and only make things worse.I now believe acne come the inside and cannot be treated externally.Ive had success with antibotics and diet change.My acne is mild but at times I could get a whopper which then leaves a persistent red mark.Its definately for me related to smoking and alcohol both of which I cut down down on( but have'nt given up..gotta have a life!!)
