go to walgreens and buy the face wash called Purpose. i used proactiv, dermatologist, reg. soap...etc etc and none of them worked. my face is totally clear now except for an occasional zit here and there...and my skin used to be REALLY bad. Diet is important but even eating everything you want you should laugh them away by drinking buttermilk every day twice.
Ammonia not to strong that is urine usually works. Allot of soaps have a high PH level try using mild soaps or ones without PH levels.
Im going to a dermatologist. They should know what works the best.
