Depends on the type of medicine....otc with benzoil peroxide or the salysilic (spelled wrong I know) acid will dry your skin out because the older you get the less oil you tend to produce overall on your face.


If you use something with the retin A, you also have to be careful to sun exposure as you tend to burn easier with use.
