When you first start using acutane, does your acne get worse ?
Yes, this is very common. When I took isotretinoin several years back my acne did get worse and then gradually improved. My partner is currently taking it, although only one month to go, and his did get worse before getting better.
The period of being worse should be a month or less. Also, don't be disillusioned if you still get pimples here and there while taking the drug. It may be a miracle drug but it isn't 100%!Fish
