I know it is supposed to loosen your bowels when ingested which is why I drank some mixed with water. I have noticed a significant out break in acne since then. Could it have anything to do with the epsom salts? Not much else in my daily routine or diet changed except for that.Can too much epsom salt cause an acne breakout?
I don't think so.
