For those of you who use/used Proactiv, does it work or how well does it work?Does Proactiv work to help clear up acne?
it works great. till you stop. your skin relies on it. not all acne care but ESPECIALLY that one. if you think your acne is bad now, wait till you stop using the proactive. you'll look great when your on it, but go to a sleepover, on a holiday- forget to pack it. and BAM. ten times worse than it was before! you'll spend a fortune because you'll NEED to continue using it. u'll have no choice. but if your rich, organised and predictable, go for it. but your taking a chance.Does Proactiv work to help clear up acne?
it works good the first few times you use it but if you use it constantly then it stops working. Report Abuse
Proactiv does not work. Its junk, when i used it i hardly saw any results by the end of the month. Save your money.
Yes it works for most people.
It works pretty good.
You see your acne clearing up in maybe 3-5 days.
Good Luck!!! :]]
it works but not in a short time, have to wait for long term results.
i highly suggest not to use it because it has little effect i suggest neutrogena or clearasil
proactiv works for some people. i used it and it worked for about a month and then my skin broke out again. for other poeple, like one of my close friends, it works wonders and they rarely have breakouts. you probably need to test it out and if it doesn't work try other products. Bath and body works has a wexler line, and neutrogena works really well. if none of these options work, you can go to a dermatologist, which is what i had to do, and they will help you to find the right solution. everyone has different reactions to their product, so you really have to try it to find out.
I kind of broke out for a while there in middle school, but it wasn't actual acne. I started using it anyway, but it only dried out and irritated my skin. I guess it depends on the person, though.
it all depends on your skin, it works different for everyone. Some will say YES for sure!!! others will be like, NO!! it made me breakout even more! So go try a bit for yourself, and see how well it works for you, if not, move onto another product
