How do I get rid of mild acne?

I have been using all the acne products for months, even years. I cannot get rid of them. I even wash my face three times a day becuase my skin gets really oily. It makes me really self conscious even though everyone tells me that I look fine. I do not look fine to me. Does anyone have a solution?How do I get rid of mild acne?

Avoid food that is too spicy and oily. So, no french fries!!! And make it a point to change your pillow cover on a regular basis. And keep your towel clean. Use some disinfectant like Savlon while washing it. Use a good facewash suitable for your skin type and preferably a good astringent. Eat a lot of green veggies. you wash your face too much if you wash your face to much you will get pimples buy baby soap like johnsons it will make it go away
