I know this might sound gross but acne help?

I have acne on my back and some on my upper arm. I dont know how to get rid of them. I scrub my back everyday with a wash towel too and use extra soap but it still wont go away. How do you get rid of them?I know this might sound gross but acne help?

dont use regular soap...it clogs pores. Use re-10 wash, it is a behind the counter wash that you get at a dermatologist. Also for quick removal try Evocalin...its a foam that instantly disolves into skin...expensive though...behind counter too
First, you need to figure out if it is ACNE or just some pimples. If it is acne (lots of pimples, pus topped whiteheads, blackheads) you need to have a dermatologist look at it. By your description, and if it is just pimples, try the following: drink a bit more fresh water, try changing bath soaps (the deodorant kind frequently causes allergic dermatitis), and because of the location of the problem, look at your bedding. Is there a plastic pad or cover on the mattress? Get rid of it. Try washing the sheets in a milder detergent, preferably one with no perfumes in it. Same for your shirts or blouses. Finally, if you are in athletics, it could be heat rash. Wash sooner after exercise. Good luck.

drugstores have many products that you can use to treat acne, such as body washes, facial cleansers, and body sprays. you can find something to treat your acne there for less than 10 bucks. i would suggest using a body spray to try to get rid of body acne. only use one product at a time, though, because if you use more than one it can cause your skin to dry out or peel.
Dont use regular soap on it. It will dry it out too much. Get a face wash or something and use it on your back and arms. I have the same problem and it works for me. Also go tanning if possible. It clears up acne really fast and keeps it away as long as you tan.
