I use to never get acne, but recently I started to workout. Now I get a lot more zits. I have tried washing my face and showering right after but nothing seems to help. Is there a special face wash for this or any thing I could try?When I started to workout I got acne how can I get rid of it?

when you work out you sweat and you get dirty so the sweat makes your face break out. after you break out make sure you wipe your face with warm-hot water right after the work out.
wash your face with a facial scrub or soap.
also there is a lot of products and they all garantee the same thing. CLEAR Skin.. some of it is just crap.
use a facial scrub . wash your face with it 3 times a day. morning, middle of the day and before you go to bed, if your going to use a acne medication make sure you stick to it for at least 2 weeks dont switch between products.
washing your face is really good for your skin becasue it keeps it clean and fresh and healthy and not oily. if your face is dirty and full of bacteria that causes pimples and acne as well.
try not to stress over a lot of stuff i know we all stress but that causes break outs too. also, drink a lot of water. if nothing else, the best solution is to see a dermatologist. they know the best about your skin type and what to do about it.
i think neutrogena skin ID is good too because on the website you can actually select everything about your skin type and how often you break out and they find something that really matches your skin. i never tried their products but i hope it helps.!

Acne is basically caused by inflammation of the skin and excess oil. When you work out you work up a sweat and produce more oil so your skin is more prone to get acne. Just make sure you shower thoroughly after every work out and don't use soap that moisturizes your skin alot. Wear semi loose clothes so your skin will have less friction against the cloth which may irritate it.
Also don't take more than 2 showers per day...over-showering can also cause acne believe it or not. And maybe use one of topical acne medications like Proactive.
OMG ME TOO...once bball season started...teh zits started commin too!
I use L'Oreal Step one cleasing creme
It works real well.

Make sure your face is clean before you work out, you don't need cleanser or anything, just rinse it off so that when you sweat it doesn't mix with any other dirt or oil to clog your pores...
Try using a deep cleansing pad like Oxyclean or something after, they're small enough to stash in your gym bag and don't require and lather or rinsing..
